PTSA Membership Form -- For those wanting to join PTSA

The Cedarcrest PTSA is excited to partner with Cedarcrest staff and volunteer parents to help make CHS the very best that it can be, supporting the educational needs of our students and staff.  

Our main resource for fundraising each year is The PTSA Student Store.  The store is open daily during all student lunches. The proceeds from the profits are used to provide grant monies to staff members for classroom needs.  We assist with anything from high tech equipment needs, to scholarship field trip funds… what ever is in the best interest of our students.

Our PTSA Board this year consists of : 2 Co-Presidents; 10 Vice-Presidents*, a Secretary and a Treasurer.  We have a board meeting the second week of each month during the school year, and three General PTSA Meetings each year as well. Members are welcome to attend any/all of our meetings.

The CHS PTSA Board will be meetings will be held on the 2nd Monday of each month in the CHS Library.  We will alternate the time from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. each month.

 

The scheduled dates for our Board Meetings are as follows:

September 14th @ 7:00 p.m.

October 12th  @ 2:00 p.m.

November 9th @ 7:00 p.m.

December 14th @ 2:00 p.m.

January 11th @ 7:00 p.m.

February 8th @ 2:00 p.m.

March 8th @ 7:00 p.m.

April 12th @ 2:00 p.m.

May 10th at 7:00 p.m.
