I graduated from the University of Redlands in 1992 with a Bachelors Degree in History and a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  After working in the private sector for a few years I earned my Secondary Teaching Certificate in 1998 from National University, and recently was awarded my Masters Degree in Education from Walden University in 2003.   I have been a teacher at Cedarcrest High School since 1999 and I regularly teach Modern World History, Contemporary World Problems (CWP), Civics, and Senior Seminar.  During my first 3 years at Cedarcrest I was also the Head Coach for the Boys Soccer team.  Currently I am the acting Social Studies Department Head at Cedarcrest and the head coach /adviser for the Cedarcrest Knowledge Bowl Team.  I am also proud to have been listed in the "Who's Who Among American Teachers" publication 5 times during my first 12 years at Cedarcrest.
