ALL-STATE GAME SELECTION: Erik Highland

HIGHLIGHTS:

• Third consecutive Cascade League title.
• Third consecutive year without a Cascade League loss.
• Team was rated #1 in the Class A poll for much of the year.
• Third consecutive year as champion of the Columbia-Burbank Tournament.
• Team scored the most runs ever in one game when they beat Ephrata 28-6 in the Columbia-Burbank Tournament. However, Ephrata came back to beat us 5-4 in the State Semi-final game.
• We had four players repeat as 1st-team All-Cascade League selections: Chad Hinzman was 1st-team all four years in high school; Erik Highland was 1st team SS in 1991, 1992, and 1993; Greg Anderson was also a 1st team selection in 1991, 1992, and 1993; and Jeremy Loffer was 1st team pitcher in 1992 and 1993.
