WORLD WAR II World War II started in the 1940's. The president in that time was Franklin Roosevelt. The United States helped the Jews in Germany. Adolf Hitler took advantage of his importance in Germany to talk trash about the Jews and blaming them for the most ridiculous situations happening in the world. May 9th, 1945- Germany surrenders.
