WORLD WAR II World War II was the fight against Anti-Semitisms in Germany. It started from 1937 and lasted till 1945. Woodrow Wilson was the president at the time and got America into World War II. Some causes of the war was the Holocaust, representing Anti-Semitism in Germany. Pearl Harbor was also an important cause of the war. Hitler, the leader of Germany at the time, was also a cause of the U.S.A. joining World War II. The ending of World War II was when Soviet (present day Russia) and the United States forces surrounded Germany, cutting it off. At this point, Germany had only one choice to surrender.
