Other Highlights:

1) At the AA State meet, sophomore Doug Jackson places 5th in the shot put with a toss of 52' 6.75", and junior Mike Corley participates in the 100m.

2) No Northwest District Champions. Three boys placed in three events.

3) Wesco League Champions: Mike Corley in the 100m and Doug Jackson in the shot put. Overall, five boys and two relay teams placed in nine events and one girl and one relay team in placed in two events.

4) CHS T&F athletes now number 43, growing from 32 last year and 20 in 1994.
