The Purpose of the Career Center is

  • To facilitate student's process of gaining greater self-understanding

  • To oversee all aspects of career planning

  • To educate and encourage students in the implementation of their career plan
     

The Career Center is designed to assist students in the development and achievement of their post high school career education goals.


The Career Center is open Monday through Friday to provide the following services:

Are your students getting the credit they deserve??

  • Preparation for a career by building marketable skills while remaining with high school peers.

  • Saving $$$: Your students save the cost of community/technical college tuition, books, and lab fees.

  • Saving time: Your students earn credit for high school and community/technical college classes at the same time.

  • Priority registration: Your students can register early at the community/technical college where they received credit.

  • Promotion/pay raise for your high school students entering the military with college credit.

    If you are interested, here's what your student needs to do:

    1. Enroll in our or more College Credit Class. Click here or http://www.netechprep.org/pages/students/st-dualcredit.html

    2. Complete the Tech Prep Program registration form by going to: http://www.netechprep.org/pages/students/st-start.html . Click on "Register Now".

    3. Print out and mail the registration form before your student finishes the class.

     

Students will also register in their Tech Prep class this Spring.
