What is DECA? DECA is an association of marketing students. DECA is a student centered organization specifically designed to provide activities to motivate and prepare members with skills that will prepare them as employable workers in the future. By giving students hands-on experience in the fields of marketing, business, and entrepreneurship, DECA teaches leadership characteristics that mold high school students into character driven leaders.
